Apparently, Peter Lucas is unwilling to act as Trustee (according to documents filed with the Land Titles office). That's news to Peter Lucas. He knew nothing about it. 

Did Samantha fabricate evidence to kick Peter Lucas off as Trustee and slide herself into the position of Trustee? Isn't that fraud?

Harry and Samantha Omeros work as a great husband wife team. Harry Omeros is the brains behind the arbitrage/trading platform which cold calls victims and offers them to join up and they trade their money for the client and see 80% grow for their clients. It's a fake platform and there is NO trading they just take your money and buy assets for themselves like Ferrari's, luxury cars, luxury properties like the 2 blocks of land they bought at 8-10 Oceania Way, Paradise Point (Salacia Waters) to build their dream home with money they ripped off innocent investors. 

WHERE did Harry Omeros and Samantha Omeros find $3MILLION to buy the blocks of land then attempt to hide them in Peter Lucas' name as a trustee for their trust that Samantha Omeros is the Principal and Beneficiary of. 

Is it proceeds of crime? Would that make the Omeros couple money launderers? Geez, that's a hefty criminal charge.

Cars seized from Harry Omeros parent's luxury house at Sovereign Islands

Police have refused to detail the reasons for the seizure of luxury cars including a Porsche and Lamborghini from a Gold Coast mansion linked to the Omeros restaurant dynasty. The Bulletin has repeatedly requested more information from Queensland Police Service about the seizures of the vehicles on Monday morning. Authorities confiscated the cars from the prestige home on Knightsbridge Parade, Sovereign Islands at 8am Monday. A search of property records revealed Nick Omeros as the owner. While police confirmed the seizures, no further details have been provided due to “operational reasons”. When the Bulletin attempted to question Nick Omeros about the raid, he said he “knew nothing about it”. Nick Omeros is one of the founders of the famous Omeros Bros Seafood Restaurant at Marina Mirage.
